KTM 125–250 XC-W Parts FAQ
Models and Fitment
This collection focuses on KTM 125–250 XC-W parts and accessories, including selected small- and mid-displacement XC-W applications such as the 150 XC-W and 250 XC-W across multiple model years. Available products include engine and cooling protection, brake parts, foot controls, drivetrain components, suspension protection, lift straps, kickstands and maintenance tools. Exact model and year coverage varies by product.
Check the complete model designation, engine size and model year on each product page. XC-W parts can differ between engine sizes and generations, especially for engine, exhaust, cooling and chassis-related components. Do not assume that every product in the 125–250 XC-W collection fits every XC-W model. For fitment help or product recommendations, contact us through Inbox or email us at support@nicecnc.com.
No. This collection is intended for KTM 125–250 XC-W applications. If you ride a 300 XC-W or another larger XC-W model, use the KTM 300–500 XC-W collection instead. Some individual products fit both groups, but always follow the exact model and year listed on the product page.
Some do. Many brake, control, chassis and protection parts in this collection also fit selected KTM EXC or XC models, Husqvarna TE or TX models, and related GasGas motorcycles. Engine and exhaust parts are usually more model-specific. Only treat a part as interchangeable when your exact motorcycle and model year appear in the fitment list.
Choosing KTM XC-W Upgrades
Choose upgrades according to the terrain and type of enduro riding you do. Riders on rocky or technical trails may start with brake, engine, exhaust and chassis protection, while riders looking for better control may prioritise wider footpegs, brake and shift controls. Cooling upgrades, lift straps and a stronger or adjustable kickstand can also be useful for slower technical riding and trail-side recovery.
Available options include radiator guards, radiator cooling fans, TPS and throttle-body guards, clutch-cover protection, power-valve protection and exhaust-flange guards. Selected 250 XC-W applications also have reinforced clutch covers and other two-stroke engine protection. Check the exact engine size and year before ordering.
The collection includes wide footpegs, forged shift levers and adjustable shift tips, brake pedal upgrades, short brake and clutch levers, kickstands and front and rear lift straps. These upgrades can improve control, footing and trail-side practicality, but fitment varies by XC-W generation.
Available protection parts include front and rear brake disc guards, master-cylinder protection, swingarm guards and selected axle or wheel protection. These parts are useful for protecting exposed components during technical off-road riding, but the mounting system can differ between model years.
Installation and Maintenance
The collection includes maintenance and trail-workshop products such as oil-change tools, axle wrenches, WP shock tools and other selected service accessories. Use tools that match the required axle size, suspension component or maintenance procedure, and follow the correct service specifications for your XC-W model.
