Harley Sport Glide Parts FAQ
Models and Fitment
The Sport Glide FLSB is part of the Harley Softail family, even though its detachable fairing and saddlebags give it touring capability. This matters when choosing chassis and control parts: a Touring-model part should not be assumed to fit the Sport Glide simply because both motorcycles use a Milwaukee-Eight engine.
Current NICECNC Sport Glide products mainly cover FLSB 107 applications from 2018 through selected 2022 model years, depending on the component. Some products stop at 2021 while others include 2022, so use the exact year range on the individual product page rather than applying one fitment range to the whole collection.
Many Milwaukee-Eight engine and transmission components fit several Harley models. A product title may highlight Road King, Street Glide, Low Rider or another popular application even though Sport Glide FLSB fitment is also included. Always read the complete fitment list instead of judging compatibility from the product title alone.
Selected M8 engine, intake, transmission and control components are shared with models such as the Low Rider, Street Bob, Fat Boy and Heritage Classic. Shared engine family does not mean bodywork, suspension or other chassis-specific parts are interchangeable.
Engine, Intake and Maintenance
Sometimes. Current Sport Glide fitment includes selected M8 cam and tappet covers, transmission components, intake manifolds and other engine hardware that also fit other Softail or Touring models. Compatibility depends on the specific component, mounting design and model year, so “M8 compatible” alone is not enough to confirm fitment.
Current Sport Glide FLSB 107 applications include selected air filter and intake parts, including 57 mm intake manifolds for models originally using a 55 mm manifold. Confirm the exact model year and complete intake setup first. If increased airflow is combined with other intake or exhaust changes, also check whether the motorcycle requires tuning.
Current options include magnetic oil drain plugs, axle covers and selected M8 engine or transmission covers. These parts can support routine maintenance or replace external hardware, but service intervals and installation requirements should still follow the motorcycle and product specifications.
