FAQ
Polaris ACE Models & Fitment
This collection includes parts and accessories for Polaris ACE, including ACE 325, ACE 500, ACE 570, ACE 570 SP, ACE 900, ACE 900 SP and ACE 900 XC. Because these models use different engines, model years and configurations, compatibility should always be checked against the specific product listing rather than assumed across the entire ACE range.
Not automatically. Some products cover multiple ACE variants, but the overlap is product-specific. For example, the sway bar mounting brackets are listed for ACE 900 from 2017–2019, while other products have different ACE 570 or ACE 900 year ranges, so the model designation and year both need to match.
Yes. The heavy-duty CVT drive belt listed in this collection is fitted to Polaris ACE 570 models from 2016–2017 and ACE 900 models from 2016–2019. The same belt is also used on selected Polaris General, Ranger and RZR applications, so the belt should be selected by the exact model and year rather than engine size alone.
Polaris ACE Service & Shared Applications
Several service components are shared across Polaris platforms. For example, the secondary clutch rollers are listed for ACE 570 together with selected RZR 800/900/XP 4 1000 and Ranger applications, while the manual cam chain tensioner fits ACE 570 along with RZR, Ranger and Sportsman models. For related applications, browse Polaris RZR Parts, Polaris Ranger Parts and Polaris Sportsman Parts.
No. The T-MAP sensor pigtail is designed for Polaris vehicles using the specified Bosch four-wire T-Map sensors, and its ACE applications are limited to ACE 325 2015, ACE 570 2016–2017 and ACE 900 2016–2017. A newer or different ACE configuration should not be assumed compatible without matching the sensor and year listed for the product.
Check the product's complete fitment list for your ACE model, year and version, especially when choosing between ACE 570, ACE 570 SP, ACE 900, ACE 900 SP and ACE 900 XC. When the fitment is still unclear, contact us through the store Inbox or email support@nicecnc.com with your full model, year and configuration so we can help verify compatibility.
