Optimize Fuel Delivery for More Stable Fuel Supply in Extreme Riding Conditions

Designed for the fuel tank structure of newer-generation KTM / Husqvarna / GasGas off-road motorcycles. Under low-fuel conditions, prolonged lean angles, or intense off-road riding, fuel may become unevenly distributed due to the internal tank layout, preventing fuel in certain areas from quickly returning to the main fuel pump area.

The NICECNC Fuel Tank Transfer Pump Kit adds an auxiliary fuel transfer path to actively move fuel from areas where it may become trapped inside the tank to the main fuel pump area. This helps maintain a more consistent fuel supply to the pump, improve fuel utilization, and reduce fuel delivery instability caused by changes in fuel distribution under demanding riding conditions.

Actively Optimize Fuel Distribution
The auxiliary transfer pump improves fuel movement inside the tank:
Helps reduce insufficient fuel concentration around the main fuel pump area at low fuel levels
Helps maintain a more stable fuel supply during prolonged lean-angle riding
Helps maintain continuous fuel delivery during off-road riding, hill climbs, and aggressive riding

Maintain Fuel Supply to the Main Fuel Pump Area
The auxiliary transfer system moves fuel from areas away from the main fuel pump to the fuel supply area, helping the fuel pump receive a more consistent fuel supply.

• Stainless Steel Filter Mesh
  A built-in 10μm stainless steel filter mesh at the bottom effectively captures fine fuel impurities, helping prevent contaminants from entering the transfer pump.
• CNC 6061 Aluminum Pump Housing
  The pump housing is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum for a strong, durable structure, designed to withstand off-road riding and demanding conditions.
• PA12 Corrugated Fuel Tube
  Made from PA12 material, the corrugated fuel tube offers excellent fuel resistance and flexibility, making it ideal for routing through confined and complex spaces inside the fuel tank.
• Dedicated PA6 Connector
  Made from PA6 material, the dedicated connector is designed for reliable fuel-line connections, featuring a compact structure for easy installation.
• PTFE-Insulated Copper Wire
  The power wire features PTFE insulation and copper conductors, providing excellent heat and oil resistance for reliable electrical connections inside the fuel tank.
• PA12 Fuel-Resistant Cable Tie
  Made from PA12 material, the cable tie offers excellent fuel resistance and flexibility. It helps secure fuel lines and related components, reducing loosening or displacement during riding.
• High-Efficiency Fuel Transfer
  The transfer pump delivers approximately 500 mL of fuel every 30 seconds, providing stable auxiliary fuel transfer from areas of the tank away from the main fuel pump to the fuel supply area. Fuel Flow Rate: 500 mL / 30 sec Approx. 1 L/min / 60 L/h

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the seat and access the fuel pump assembly.
2. Install the transfer pump assembly and connect the corresponding interfaces.
3. Refer to the installation video to confirm the connector orientation and installation position.
4. Secure the wiring harness with the included zip ties to prevent loosening or interference.
